FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SHOPPING AT AN ONLINE HYGIENE STORE
1. How to place an order at hygiene.bg ?
To order, first select a product by clicking on the “ADD” button.
It will add the product to your shopping cart. Before you place your order, you can continue shopping by adding more products to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your selections, you can finalize your order in three steps.
Click on the “ACCOUNT” button and choose the way of ordering by registration or as a guest and click the “TO ACCOUNT” button.
Fill in the details in the blanks and click on the “Next” button select the payment method and agree to the terms and click on the “Next” button.
Review the order and the details you have entered and if everything is correct click the “Confirm Order” button.
Upon successful order you will receive the following message “Your order in the Online Hygiene Shop is complete “.
2. How do I change and view the contents of my shopping cart?
Click on the “Cart” button, there you will see how many products you have added and you can change the quantity. To delete a product, highlight it with a stick and click on the “Delete” button.
To continue adding products to your order click on the “Continue Shopping” button.
If you have finished, click on the “Order.
3. How do I know if my order has arrived and when the delivery will be made to me?
After sending the order to the e-mail address that you have indicated in your details, a letter will be sent which includes its contents. This letter is confirmation that your order has been successfully shipped.
Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you on the number provided to clarify and confirm the day, method and delivery details. Please note that an order may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the courier company’s zones, as well as other factors. For more information on delivery prices, please see the “Delivery” section
4. How will I make the payment?
Products are payable locally on delivery.
Products are paid by courier.
Products are paid by bank transfer.
5. What is the delivery time?
Orders placed by 2 p.m. are delivered within the next business day for regional cities and within two business days for other locations. / according to the schedule of the courier company /
Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays) are delivered within two working days for regional cities and within three working days for other locations.
Some products have an extended delivery time due to compliance with individual customer requirements and needs or due to extended delivery time to the warehouse of MEGACLINE LTD. The description of all such products or services shall contain more information on the specific delivery times.
If there is no information about extended delivery in the description of the specific product, but due to reasons beyond the control of MEGACLINE LTD its delivery requires more than the standard delivery time, our associate will notify the Customer of the changes.
6. Do the prices include VAT?
For the convenience of legal entities customers, all prices of goods in Hygiene Market are in Bulgarian levs and are shown with and without VAT. Prices are per unit quantity and do not include shipping costs unless specifically mentioned.
